The staff and property were excellent. I am a travel nurse and the location was easy to access and close to the hospital. The breakfast was tasty and had a variety of breakfast items. There was access to coffee all day, and the pool was a treat. The lady working the breakfast shift worked so hard to ensure everyone had enough to eat. She worked continuously and went above enough food to meet the guest's needs. There were two large tour groups and only one employee to serve everyone. She did a FABULOUS job. I cannot remember her name but she deserves a shout-out. Also, the front desk staff was available and very helpful.

Room was really clean, staff was very helpful and professional. We lost our cat while at the hotel and staff helped look for her during our time there. We unfortunately had to leave the next day without our cat but the staff stated they'd give us a call if they found her. After a week we received the call from the staff they had found our cat and was taking care of her until we could travel back. I can't thank the staff enough for their caring and taking care of our pet until we came to get her.

Great location, close to the mall, restaurants, and Valley View shopping center with spacious room, comfortable beds, extremely clean, especially the bathroom and shower area, which really made our stay so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The property was well maintained and the free parking was also a great feature. Free breakfast was also amazing and much appreciated. Staff were all, friendly, courteous, professional, and very welcoming.

Very clean hotel, spacious room, very comfortable bed. The sort of place you look forward to after a long day away from home. Small but calm breakfast room with fruit available. Plus there is a shuttle on demand that takes you from the hotel to the airport in 5min (would have loved to have it the other way round as well when I got there). Many thanks to the nice lady driving the shuttle! Much appreciated southern hospitality.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted. The lobby is spotless. Brenda and the others were great as we traveled for a funeral. I will return.
